Project Overview
Peachline has been selling workout clothes to Chinese customers on We Chat. They decided to expand their business to North American customers as well. Peachline already had a logo, font, and colour palette but didn't have a website. They needed help with reestablishing the target audience and designing and developing one.
About My Client
Peachline was found in 2020 by the owner Chichie Liu. It is a workout brand from China. She combines sports, comforts, and fashion.
My Contribution
I created a persona, established a brand statement, analyzed the competitors, and made a wireframe and mockup. I also took part as a project manager and communicated with the client and the developer to complete the project promptly.

I started with the strategy and defined the brand and its target audience.
Competitive Research
I did some research on another workout clothing brand that is based in Canada. I clarified the pros and cons so I can come up with ideas and create a website that is beyond all of them.
Wireframe
I created wireframes by focusing on user-friendly designs and how to show all the images nicely so that consumers will want to click on the image.

Final UI
I made sure to choose images that represent the feeling of Peachline. For example, soft, modern, yoga, and stylish images. Also, I decided to use a video so the consumer can visualize themselves working out while wearing the Peachline clothes. I asked the client which client she wants to sell the most. The best sellers and you may also like sections are aimed to increase sales.
